SoccaChips®

Socca Chips® are an innovation launched in 2014 by chef Luc Salsedo. Crispy with chickpea flour, from the traditional Socca Niçoise, they are a real alternative to traditional chips, offering a unique taste experience while often being healthier and more nutritious.

They are of course to be enjoyed as an aperitif, as or garnished with spreads. You can also put them in the oven for a few minutes for an even crispier taste!

But also to satisfy a little hunger - rich in protein thanks to chickpeas - especially with our 40g pocket format, or as an accompaniment to a salad and if you have a few pieces left at the bottom of the packet, don't hesitate to sprinkle your salad for a crunchy side!

Our chips are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added artificial flavors or preservatives. They are available in 4 flavors: plain, garlic, rosemary, pepper. They also exist in a natural organic version.
