A child of the Nice region, Luc Salsedo has already lived several lives. Trained for more than 20 years in gourmet restaurants with the greatest (Christian Plumail, Arnaud Poëtte, Franck Cerrutti, etc.), he opened his own restaurant of the same name in 2004 in Nice, with one objective : change the menu every ten days depending on the seasons and the products found at the market.

Creative? No doubt he already was...

It is this taste for challenge that pushes him to launch his two flagship products, Socca Chips® and SoccApéro®.
